Snow picks up Thursday night

Summary

Light snow has been falling across Coastal and Interior BC so far on Thursday, with heavier snow expected to spread into the Interior especially on Thursday night with Friday morning offering nice powder turns for most areas. Light snow will persist through the day on Friday, before the next storm brings more snow from Friday night through Saturday night with all-day Saturday and the morning hours Sunday offering fresh powder turns. The main storm track shifts south on Sunday and Monday, but light snow will persist across BC at times both days. High pressure will then take control and dry things out from roughly Tuesday through Thursday of next week (February 18th-20th). The next storm will then be possible around the 21st or 22nd.
