Storm on Tue-Wed favoring higher elevation resorts

Summary

An atmospheric river event will impact BC on Tuesday & Wednesday with rain for much of Southwest BC and up to mid-mtn at Whistler. The Interior will see rising snow levels on Wed as well up to mid-mtn for some areas, with high elevation resorts such as Kicking Horse, Revelstoke, & Whitewater seeing the best snow. Thu-Sat will be drier across Southern BC with more active weather next week.
