Summary

Goodbye Atmospheric River. Hello to cold temps and moisture starved storms glazing the west with the east seeing some teases of white this week. Cold temps in the east will allow for snow making to crank. Many resorts are opening out west after 3-5 foot dumps. Next week sees more resorts opening.
