Summary

Several waves of moisture are rolling off the Pacific combining with a very cold airmass. This will bring 2-3 feet for the PNW by Wednesday, 12 plus inches for the Sierra, and 10-20 inches for some areas of the Rockies. The extended looks even deeper but I will address those details in a future post (4-7 FEET)
