Summary

The west continues to see warm atmospheric rivers continuing to barrage California. El Nino signature is on par with warmer temps and plenty of moisture. Several feet will fall above 7,000 feet. The moisture train is aimed at Utah with a warming trend. Significant snowfall is possible at the higher elevations. Wyoming and Colorado also grab some leftovers. The end of February looks promising.
