Epic Moisture in the PNW. High Elevation Snow, Low Elevation Rain Initially

Summary

Significant rain/snow is falling in the PNW on Monday morning, and my forecast is very dependent on elevation. Some summits of Canada might nab 3 feet plus. Lower elevations below 5K will see much lower totals. Colder air returns Tuesday before warming Wednesday. The Sierra will see some teasing 5-11 inches this week.
