Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Colorado Daily Snow

Storm on track for Monday through Tuesday

Summary

Following Sunday’s dry weather, snow showers will begin on Sunday night, then on Monday expect steady snow in the southern mountains with hit-or-miss intense squalls in the central and northern mountains. A period of steadier snow should hit all mountains on late Monday afternoon through Monday night, then snow showers will continue on Tuesday with much colder air. The best chance for deep powder will be last chair on Monday and first chair on Tuesday (6-12 inches on average, up to 20 inches). The storm will end on Tuesday, but we’ll only have one day of dry weather on Wednesday before the chance for snow returns from Wednesday night through Sunday. This is a good pattern!
