Monday powder for some areas, then cold with more snow through Wednesday

Summary

The first part of a two-part storm will bring the most intense snow from Sunday night into Monday morning, dropping 3-15 inches across the state. Following a short lull on Monday afternoon, the second part of the storm will bring 2-8 inches from Tuesday through Wednesday. The big story on Wednesday will be temperatures that will be up to 35 degrees colder than average. In the longer range, I am still looking at November 7th as the rough timing of our next chance for a storm.
