Colorado Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Colorado Daily Snow

Pictures of snow (and skiing)

Snowflakes fell near and above 10,000 feet on Thursday night. Now back to summer...

As expected, we saw snow across the mountains on Thursday night. Most of the snow fell at and above 10,000 feet, though there were some accumulations down to 9,500ft in spots.

Here are pictures of the snow, including one shot from St. Mary's "Glacier" where Jack Martin ripped down the old snow and even found some powder that was, in his words, about "1/10th of an inch deep in spots". Way to get after it!

The forecast is for cool temperatures on Friday and Saturday (and maybe some showers on Saturday), then back to warm weather on Sunday and beyond. I'll write another post when cool air and snow returns to the forecast, likely in September.

Thanks for reading!
