Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Springtime through Monday, then snow might return to Copper
Summary
Wednesday morning will be chilly, then we’ll see warm and dry weather through Monday before the next storm brings a chance for snow back to the mountain.
Short Term Forecast
Tuesday morning offered an enjoyable 7 inches of powder that fell on Monday night into early on Tuesday morning, and then the rest of the day was dry, partly sunny, and chilly with temperatures in the teens.
Wednesday morning is starting off cold with temperatures in the single digits to low teens, but sunshine will help us to rapidly warm into the 20s for high temperatures.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will then feel like full-on springtime with lots of sunshine and warm temperatures that will rise into the 40s. The warmest days should be Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Look forward to classic spring conditions with crunchy and firm snow in the morning and then soft and even slushy snow by late morning and midday.
Extended Forecast
Most of the latest longer-range forecast models show that springtime will be replaced by a storm and potential snowfall on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 6-7. It’s too early to fine-tune the details, though it is becoming increasingly likely that we’ll see a storm with somewhat cooler air and snow during the middle of next week. It will be the classic whiplash of springtime with warm and dry weather followed by chilly and snowy weather.
