Mostly dry and windy for closing weekend at Copper

Summary

Saturday and Sunday will bring warm weather with highs generally in the 40s. We'll see a few showers on Saturday night along with gusty winds on Sunday.

Short Term Forecast

Friday morning was soft thanks to 3 inches of snow during the previous 24 hours. Then Friday’s weather was mixed with times of sunshine and times of snow showers that produced about an inch of accumulation during the day and another inch during the evening.

On Saturday, we’ll see some clouds and temperatures should rise to the upper 30s to low-40s.

On Sunday, we’ll see fewer clouds, warmer temperatures in the 40s to low-50s, and winds will be gusty with speeds of 35-50mph.

Extended Forecast

Sunday is closing day at Copper, so sadly, there is no longer-range forecast (though there will be more snow on April 27-28 and May 3-5:-).
