Soft turns on Thursday

Summary

Thursday will be a fun day with soft conditions thanks to the snow that fell on Wednesday night.

Update

We went into Wednesday night's storm looking for 2-8 inches and we came out right in the middle of that range with 5 inches of snow falling between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.

These 5 inches of snow that fell on Wednesday night will soften the slopes now on Thursday morning and will likely best be enjoyed on top of groomers and north-facing runs.

During the day on Thursday, we'll see a mix of dry weather, maybe some breaks of sunshine, and some snow showers. High temperatures should be in the 20s.

On Friday and Saturday, expect dry weather with highs in the 20s on Friday, and warmer temperatures rising into the 30s on Saturday.

On Sunday, we'll see dry weather for most of the day with highs in the 30s, then a storm will bring a chance for snow from Sunday night through Tuesday. The latest forecast data shows that this storm will track a bit too far to the south and east to bring us bigtime snow, but we could at least see snow showers for 24-48 hours and this might lead to a refresh and softer conditions sometime on Monday and/or Tuesday.

After that, we'll likely have dry weather from about March 23-27, with another storm arriving sometime between about March 28-31.

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
