Sunny with slim chances for snow

Summary

Sunshine and calm weather will be with us for about one week though there will be two slim chances for snow as well.

Update

Saturday was a beautiful day with sunny skies, light winds, and high temperatures in the 20s.

Now on Sunday morning, skies are clear and temperatures are cold with readings generally in the single digits (colder near the base, warmer near the summit).

Sunday will be another beautiful day with sunshine and a high temperature in the 20s.

On Monday and Tuesday, the weather will continue to be sunny with high temperatures in the 30s.

From Wednesday, November 23 to Thursday, November 24, there will be a chance for light snow. Some forecast models keep the storm north of Colorado and other forecast models drop the storm into Colorado with light snow for us. If we are lucky, we could see flakes, but chances are no better than 50/50. Both Wednesday and Thursday should be a bit cooler with a high in the 20s.

From Friday, November 25 to Saturday, November 26, we'll return to calm and sunny weather with a high temperature in the 30s.

Then from Sunday, November 27 to Monday, November 28, there is another chance for some snowflakes, but again, chances are no better than 50/50 if we'll see some snow from this system.

Looking far ahead, our next chance for a significant storm will be sometime between Tuesday, November 29, and Thursday, December 1 when a system from the west coast could head east and track near or over Colorado.
