Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Copper Mountain can expect partly cloudy skies on Saturday with a few light flurries during the afternoon. Daytime highs will stay on the warmer side as they reach into the mid to upper 30s. Look for a few scattered flurries from 2pm-4pm though any accumulations will only amount to a trace at best. Light snow showers will then begin to fall after sunset as a quick moving storm clips northern Colorado. My confidence is pretty low regarding this storm but I still think 1-2" is possible through early Sunday morning.
Any remaining snow showers should end by mid-morning on Sunday. Skies will begin to clear during the afternoon with mid-mountain temperatures in the mid to upper 30s. Expect clear skies on Sunday night ahead of another gorgeous day on Monday. Copper will see mostly sunny skies on Monday with temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. Light snow showers will then return to the forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday. Stay tuned for more details!
Joel is off the grid for two days at the Opus Hut in southern Colorado. He’ll return to forecasting on Sunday morning. Until then, you’re stuck with me:-)
