Last night's storm never developed as only a few flurries fell between 3am and 5am. Sunday will start out mostly cloudy before partly to mostly sunny skies prevail during the afternoon. Dress light because daytime highs will reach into the upper 30s to low 40s.
Monday will be another mild day with temperatures in the mid to upper 30s. Expect mostly sunny skies during the morning before partly to mostly cloudy skies take over during the afternoon. Snow will then return to the forecast Monday night through Wednesday with 1-2 inches possible on Tuesday and Wednesday. Neither day will be a powder day but I think the groomers will still be soft and fun! Copper will then see dry weather return on Thursday and it will likely last through at least next Sunday. There are signs of a pattern change beginning around February 17/18 but this is still 10 days away. Stay tuned for more details!
Joel will be off the grid for one more day. He’ll return to forecasting on Monday morning.
