Final Post of the 2023-2024 Season

Summary

Thanks for reading the Copper Daily Snow this season, and best wishes for a wonderful spring, summer, and fall!

Update

This is likely my final post for the 2023-2024 season, though with Copper staying open into May, I might write additional updates if/when we have a chance for significant snowfall during late April and early May.

I appreciate your readership and support of the Copper Daily Snow!

This 2023-2024 season at Copper started slowly, and then storms arrived at more regular intervals with closer-to-average snowfall in December, and then above-average snowfall during January, February, March, and through the first 21 days of April.

The slow start meant that our snowpack was below average through early January, and then we enjoyed a stretch when snow fell for 14 out of 15 days in mid-January. This pushed our snowpack close to average, where it would stay through late April.

I hope that you have a wonderful spring, summer, and fall, and again, thanks for reading the Copper Daily Snow this season!
