Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

We finally have some clarity about the next two storms. Of course, things could change, but here is how I think things will evolve.

The first storm will bring snow on Friday, Friday night, and Saturday. On Friday, we will be close to a narrow band of intense snow, but I think it’ll miss us to the north, so we could see just times of snow (1-2 inches) mixed with times of dry weather. Then the snow should intensify late Friday night (2-4”) and continue through midday Saturday (another 3-6”). Saturday morning or midday will likely offer the best powder with storms totals around 5-10 inches.

Saturday night and Sunday should be dry, then another storm should drop 4-8 inches of snow on Monday and Monday night. Last run on Monday or first chair on Tuesday should offer the best powder from that storm. The rest of next week looks cold, which should help to preserve the fresh snow from these two storms.
