Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

We are about to enter a period of active and exciting weather, but first we’ll see dry rather partly to mostly cloudy and dry weather on Wednesday and Thursday, with high temperatures into the low 40s. We could eek out a few flurries on Wednesday night as a storm passes to our north, but this won’t be a big deal.

Then we’ll see a storm bring snow on Friday, Friday night, and Saturday morning. Friday is a super tough forecast … if a narrow band of intense snow hits Copper, we could see 10+ inches during the day. If this band just misses Copper, we would see lower amounts, perhaps in the 2-4 inch range. The band will only be ~50 miles wide, and right now it’s impossible to know its exact position. Regardless, we will have at least a few inches of fresh snow on Friday, with at least another 2-4+ inches on Friday night, so Saturday morning could also be a soft, fun powder day. More snow is likely early next week, so stay tuned for updates about future powder days!
