Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Update

As expected, a wave of snow pushed from east-to-west across the mountains of Colorado on Sunday night, and this dropped 2 inches of snow on Copper after the lifts closed on Sunday afternoon. You’ll find fresh turns on Monday morning, and I often enjoy the groomed runs on a day like this because it feels heroic to ski a few fresh inches on top of perfect corduroy.

The weather on Monday should turn out to be partly sunny with a few flurries now and again. Then the sun should shine in its full glory for most of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Our next chance for snow will range from Thursday night through Sunday morning. A few inches could be waiting for you on Friday and Saturday morning, with perhaps a more significant powder day on Sunday morning.

Then after a break in the snow on Monday, flakes will return on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Wednesday could be another significant powder day.
