Update
It’s a snowy morning at Copper! The cold front arrived around 5am, and even though the 5am snow report shows 0 inches, it has snowed about 2 inches between 5am and 7am, and we should receive another 1-3 inches this morning before the steady snow ends by late morning and midday. Then expect an afternoon with a bit of everything from breaks of sunshine to bursts of heavy snow. These afternoon snow showers may provide another 1-3 inches later in the day and on Monday evening, and this will ensure conditions remain soft for your Tuesday morning turns.
A few snow showers could linger on Tuesday, then we’ll see dry and sunny weather for the rest of the week with temperatures rising into the 30s and low 40s on the hill. It’ll feel like spring and there’s nothing better than soft snow, blue skies, and comfortable temperatures!
Between Saturday, March 11 to March 18, there will be chances for snow, but I don’t know if it’ll happen. The storm track will stay just to the north of Colorado for most of this time. If it drops just a bit further south, we could see snow on many days. Let’s hope that’s what happens!
