Copper Mountain Daily Snow

By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 8 years ago April 8, 2017
Update
Saturday will start sunny and warm with mid-mountain temperatures already near 40F in the morning. We’ll see more clouds by afternoon with windy conditions near the summit. Then a line of snow will move into Colorado and should bring a quick 1-3 inches of accumulation on Saturday night.
Snow showers should continue through the day on Sunday with another 1-3 inches of accumulation, and perhaps more snow will accumulate if a more intense cell happens to move directly over Copper. This new snow on Sunday may be your last legitimate chance to ski powder at Copper before the season ends on April 16th, so get out there and make the most of it!
Next week will be dry and warm, and this spring weather could last right through closing day on the 16th, so if spring skiing is your thing, you’ll likely have a full 7 days to get your fix!
