Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Update

The weather on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be similar with partly to mostly sunny skies, low temperatures in the teens (great for snowmaking) and high temperatures in the 30s, which is comfortable skiing weather.

Our next chance for natural snow will be on Thursday, December 21st when a storm drops into Colorado from the northwest. My early estimate for snowfall amounts is 2-4 inches, which should provide soft turns during the day on Thursday.

After this storm, Friday will likely be dry, then an Arctic cold front will should arrive on Saturday and this should bring very cold temperatures and also the chance for light snow accumulations on Saturday and perhaps next Sunday and Monday as well (December 24-25).

Thanks for reading and I'll keep you posted with daily updates!
