Good chance of snow early in week; sunny conditions for Christmas!
Summary
A new storm system is steering toward Northern Idaho resorts on Monday with 1-3 inches of new snow possible. New snow will come to the Boise and the Central Mountains on Monday night and Tuesday, with a potential for 3-7 inches at Bogus Basin and Sun Valley, and light snow is expected at Brundage Mountain, Tamarack, Pomerelle, Magic Mountain and Pebble Creek. Partly cloudy to sunny skies are forecast on Christmas Day across Idaho through the weekend, with cooler temperatures to prevail.
