Summary

The Arctic air mass hunkered down over Idaho and the Northern Rockies will continue for one more day on Tuesday, with wind chill factors in the below-zero range in the Idaho Panhandle, Central Idaho, Pomerelle and Pebble Creek in particular (-27 F Tuesday). High pressure and a warm front moving in Wednesday-Thursday will bring temps into the high 20s to low 30s statewide with sunshine.
