Bitter cold, windy in N. ID, light snow Wed-Thurs elsewhere

Summary

The big storm event Mon-Tues failed to deliver in C. Idaho, but Lookout, Silver, Pomerelle and Magic got the goods. Very windy and bitterly cold weather Wed in the Idaho Panhandle, with minus 25 wind chill. A small storm could bring 2-4" of light snow Wed PM-Thurs at Brundage, Tamarack and Bogus Basin. Pomerelle and Magic could get another 4-8" Wed on top of 12-15" that fell Tuesday.
