Dry with near record warmth for Labor Day weekend

Summary

A strong ridge of high pressure over the West will result in an extended stretch of unseasonable late-season warmth with highs topping out near 90 in Jackson each day through about the middle of next week. Skies will also be a little hazy due to fires in Idaho, but the worst of the smoke should stay west. Cooler temps will arrive late next week, but shower/t-storm potential is uncertain.
