Summary
Warm and dry conditions have taken hold with highs well into the 80s over the past few days. This pattern will continue Mon-Tue and winds will remain gusty, especially up high. Mid-week, a system will approach from the NW and an uptick in moisture from the south will result in a chance of showers & t-storms, though rainfall amounts look light. Cooler air also arrives behind the system Thu-Fri.
