Rain today and tomorrow, Snow squalls Monday afternoon

Summary

Rain affects the region bringing flooding to the western Mid-Atlantic. Moderate showers will continue throughout Sunday with another round overnight into Monday. Rain clears Monday afternoon with cold air moving into the region bringing flash freezing and brief heavy lake-effect snow bands and squalls. Areas of snow will clear by Tuesday morning with a milder week setting up.
