Dry start to a wet week

Summary

Mostly clear skies are starting our week with mixed precipitation affecting the region on Tuesday through Wednesday morning. Minimal to light effects are expected with 1 - 2 inches of snow possible in the northern Mid-Atlantic. The next storm system arrives Thursday with mostly rain but some snow possible by Friday.
