Summary
A few scattered rain and snow showers move into the northern half of the region Friday. Cold air moves in overnight and changes all precipitation to scattered snow showers for Saturday. Total snow accumulations of 1-3 inches are expected by Saturday evening. A weak coastal storm brings light snow to the southern half and far eastern parts of the region on Sunday.
