Friday Rain and Possible Flooding with Light Snow in NY

Summary

A significant storm will bring rain and snow to the Mid-Atlantic on Friday. The western Mid-Atlantic will see possible flooding while the northern Mid-Atlantic starts as rain, but changes to snow with 1-4 inches by Saturday morning. Saturday clears out with another weak storm moving through the northern Mid-Atlantic Sunday afternoon with light snow.
