Spring Can Wait / Equinox Storm(s) Bring Snow into Sat

Summary

It’s been a refreshing 48 hours across SW Montana, with Red Lodge seeing 21” and Big Sky 10”. Brief high-pressure builds in on Weds, before a series of upper-level storms bring rounds of light snowfall Thurs through Sun. The western mountains are best positioned for daily doses of 1 – 3” through Sat. Lighter amounts across the eastern mountains, likely picking up a notch on Sat-Sun.
