Snow Through Sun AM / Dry & Warm Next Week

Summary

Colder air aloft, along with strong westerly upslope winds, triggered heavy snowfall at Big Sky, that continued all day on Thurs. Big Sky, having a great winter this year, added 9” in the past 24-hours. Snow continues Fri – Sun, with significant accumulations likely at Whitefish, Lookout Pass, and Snowbowl. Big Sky, Bridger Bowl, and Showdown will add light to moderate snow totals into Sun.
