Major snowfall event on the way
Summary
Today will remain mostly dry across New England. High temperatures will reach the mid-upper 30s under mostly sunny skies. The focus of this week’s forecast is a major nor’easter set to traverse our region from Wednesday afternoon-Thursday. Areas receiving the most snowfall (on the order of 12-14”+) will likely be central-eastern NY, central-western MA, southern Vermont, southern New Hampshire, and coastal-central Maine. Snow showers will linger into Friday, bringing an additional 1-2”.
