Rain showers today, messy weekend weather ahead
Summary
A low pressure system will approach New England today during the afternoon hours, bringing mostly rain showers. Dry conditions will resume briefly on Friday before a warm front moves northward into our region. The warm front and the low pressure system that follows it will bring a combination of rain, ice, and snow to New England that will last into Monday.
