Mixed precipitation ahead, Saturday snow for Vermont
Summary
Mixed precipitation will make its way across New England today. Resorts in eastern New England could receive 2-5” of wet snow before precipitation transitions to rain by the end of the day today. Upslope snow showers on the backside of this system could bring some additional snow accumulations to northern Vermont on Saturday. High pressure returns on Sunday into Monday, accompanied by colder temperatures and mostly sunny skies. The possibility for more rain returns on Tuesday.
