Messy Weekend Ahead
Summary
High pressure crests over New England today, bringing calming conditions. Low pressure continues to approach from the west, bringing warmer temperatures throughout the day. By Friday early morning, snow will begin to fall in across New England and quickly transition to a mix of snow, sleet, and rain. Warmer air continues to push forward, changing precipitation type to rain all across the board by the evening hours on Friday. Colder temperatures return by Saturday, changing any lingering moisture back over to snow. High pressure reinstates for the beginning of next week.
