High Pressure Today, Snow Tomorrow
Summary
High pressure brings bluebird conditions to the Northeast temporarily before cloud cover increases ahead of an approaching low pressure system. By Tuesday morning, light snowfall will impact the majority of New England, bringing some light accumulations to the mountains. On Wednesday, the center of the low moves across the region and brings heavier snowfall. Upslope snow showers may continue through the day on Thursday, bringing even more light accumulations to the mountains. High pressure attempt to regain control by the weekend before another storm sets its track on the Northeast.
