Snow is coming, and it's going to be DEEP
Summary
The major low pressure system tracking up the New England coast will bring significant snow accumulations to the region on Saturday evening into Sunday. Most resorts can expect snow accumulations on the order of 12-18”. Resorts in southern Vermont could see accumulations upwards of 18-20”. Cold air rushes in behind the departing low, bringing frigid temperatures to the Northeast. High pressure takes temporary control by Tuesday before giving way to another stormy period late in the week.
