New England Daily Snow

By Plymouth State, Forecasters Posted 6 years ago January 31, 2019
Cold Cold Cold
Summary
Cold temperatures and steady winds tell the story of today. Continued cold persists through the end of the work week before warmer air begins to push its way into the Northeast. A chance for some decent snow accumulations arrive on Saturday into Sunday with the progression of a surface trough overnight. Warmer air continues to advance into the beginning of next week, allowing a passing low to the north to produce rain instead of snow. Another area of low pressure is looking to push through the region by the end of next week, bringing yet another mixed precipitation and rain event for New England.
