Snow on the way for northern New England
Summary
A storm system will enter our region by the end of today, bringing snow to northernmost areas of New England and periods of mixed precipitation to central-southern New England overnight into Thursday. The northern Green Mountains, the White Mountains, and western Maine can expect snow accumulations upwards of 4-6”. Snow showers taper off by Friday and dry conditions resume for the first part of the weekend. Another storm arrives within the Sunday time frame, likely bringing rain.
