New snow today, more on the way this weekend
Summary
Snow fell across the southern half of New England overnight and left resorts all over with some light fluffy snow. Soft turns today will be met with clearing skies and calm winds. On Friday, dry conditions will persist and warmer temperatures will ensue, making for a great day on the hill. A complex system arrives on Saturday, bringing snow first to Massachusetts then snow showers throughout the region. Accumulations will likely be in the 1-3” range. A more substantial storm in terms of snowfall looks to arrive on Sunday into Monday.
