So close yet so far: only low-end snow Thurs-Fri and Sun-Mon
Summary
Monday through Thursday will be dry and cool. A low-end storm will deliver 1 to 3 inches Thursday night into Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be dry and cold in advance of a second low-end storm on Sunday night into Monday that could drop another 1 to 3 inches. Additional storms will be roaming in our vicinity the week of January 14th. However, barring a southern shift in the storm track or a sub-tropical moisture tap different from what models are currently predicting, New Mexico will receive very cold temperatures but only low-end snowfall through mid-January.
