Leap, side swipe, south pow wildcard

Summary

The Leap Day warm and dry conditions continue through most of Sunday. Isolated snow flurries are possible late Sunday through Monday morning ahead of our next storm that will side-swipe New Mexico on Monday and Tuesday. The storm will mostly circumvent New Mexico. Look for 0 to 4-inch storm totals by Tuesday morning in the northern Mountains, and 2-6 inch storm totals by Wednesday in southern mountains (Ski Apache). We should be mostly dry from March 4 through about March 10. Cold and stormy pattern should return between March 11 and 16.
