Fresh powder for Oregon, strong storm possible this weekend

Summary

The Oregon Cascades picked up 5-10 inches of new snow on Monday and Monday night with lighter totals for Washington. The rest of the week will be unsettled with clouds and occasional flurries, then attention turns to a strong storm likely over President's Day weekend with heavy snow possible for most of the PNW on Saturday night & Sunday.
