Snow changing to heavy rain
Summary
A powerful atmospheric river will impact the Northwest from Sunday thru Tuesday with heavy snow on Sunday changing over to heavy rain on Mon & Tue with snow levels rising to 6-8k feet across both the Cascades and the Inland NW. Make sure you ski today (Sunday) before the rain arrives. The next storm will result in rain changing to light/moderate snow Thu & Fri.
