Weakening storm for Tuesday, Northern OR favored

Summary

A storm that once looked promising has trended much weaker for Tuesday. A cold front involving modified arctic air will move from north to south across the PNW on Tuesday with light snow developing over WA, while tapping into better energy over Northern OR with higher totals expected from Hood to the Blue Mtns. After this storm, the next chance of snow will arrive Sat night-Sunday.
