Wet and snowy pattern ahead along with smoke relief

Summary

October has been incredibly warm and dry across the PNW and smoke from local wildfires has been impacting much of the area, especially in WA. That is all about to change in a big way as the first in a series of storms arrives on Friday along with much colder temps. Snow levels will drop to 4-4.5k feet on Friday & Saturday with accumulating snow for ski resorts, followed by more storms next week.
