Rain changing to snow on Tuesday

Summary

The past several days have been a mess with freezing rain and rain across the Northwest, but there is light at the end of the tunnel with colder air and heavy snow on the way later this week. Rain will continue for most areas on Monday, then a cold front will arrive on Tue with heavy snow expected for most areas Tue-Wed. Two more storms will bring more snow on Thu & Fri.
