Snow changing to rain

Summary

An atmospheric river involving warm air will impact the PNW with snow changing to rain at ski areas on Thursday while periods of rain will continue thru Friday. Several weak disturbances will move through Sat to Mon with gradually lowering snow levels. A stronger/colder storm is possible Jan 17-18 with improving conditions expected. Additional snow shower are possible thru the Jan 21-22 weekend.
